Feature of CNC Series Welding Positioner
1. The rotation structure is driven by high-accuracy step motor, with detailed control program, the rotation speed range is: 0.01r/min-9.00r/min; Rotation speed can be set up optionally in measurement unerring;
2. Rotation angle can be set up optionally within 0-360° ;
3. This controller has the function of memory storge. The controller has the memory function, so the parameter which has been set can be read for the next operation.
4. Special design of anti-electromagnetic, which reduces the high frequency.
5. The time lagging the arc starting can be set for welding. The length of lagging time can be set according to the actual needs while linkage with the welder.
6. The machine responses quickly, which has the steady starting and stopping.
7. The through-hole structure can facilitate the welding, which can delivery the protective gas. The through-hole of CNC-100 is 45mm. The through-hole of CNC-300 is 90mm.
8. The machine can work together with the welding robot for the precise welding. The linkage can be realized through welding.
